Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother
Catherine M. Pigninelli, 98 of Nutley passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019. Born in Rutherford, the daughter of Anthony and Angelina (Robertazza) Stuiso, she lived in Belleville before moving to Nutley 26 years ago. Catherine was the former secretary for Garden State Pet Supplies in Belleville.
The beloved wife of the late Philip Pigninelli, she is survived by her loving son Anthony Pigninelli and his wife Marisa, her brother George Stuiso, her grandchildren Suzanne Pigninelli and her fiancée Jim O’Shea, James J. Pigninelli and his wife Kimberly, Lauren Kushi and her husband Eric, and Anthony Pigninelli, and her great-grandchildren Dylan, Tyler, Myracle and Thomas Anthony. Along with her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son James Pigninelli, 3 brothers Dominic, Joseph and Anthony, and 2 sisters Tina and Victoria.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church in Nutley at 9:30 a.m.
The interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Lyndhurst
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
